I am a DONA trained birth doula here in North County San Diego, devoted to supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum! I am also certified in vinyasa, yin, and prenatal yoga and have been teaching for over eight years. I’m extremely passionate in all I do and excited to help support you and your growing family! In my day to day I’m usually in the ocean with my dog and fiancé, reading under the sun, or planning my next adventure!
